Every year, at the start of the term, the Estu team organises a rally to welcome new students. Through team challenges, you'll discover the places that will become familiar over the coming years and make your first connections within your cohort. Traditionally, it's after this rally that a mentor is assigned to new students who wish to have one.

The mandatory practicals in the first year require specific equipment for safety reasons in the lab. One of the roles of the Estu team is to facilitate the acquisition of the appropriate equipment by organising sales directly on campus. Notably, lab coat sales are held in the first-year lecture hall during the first few weeks of the term.

Stressed about your first bio exams? Before each exam session, take advantage of the revision sessions to ask all your questions to students who have already been through it. If you have specific questions about the material, they will do their best to explain it to you with their knowledge.
