The main venue of the conference is the Amphip\u00f4le building<\/a>, located in the Dorigny campus of the University of Lausanne. The talks will be held in Auditoire A (POL-333), Auditoire B (POL-337) and room POL-315 in the Amphip\u00f4le (you can check the Resources<\/a> page to access the UNIL Campus Plan website). The nearest public transport stop is UNIL-Sorge<\/strong> which is only two minutes walking distance from Amphip\u00f4le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Metro<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To reach the conference venue by metro, take the M1 metro line<\/strong> and get off at the UNIL-Sorge<\/strong> stop.

From Lausanne Gare, this will involve taking the M2 line to reach Lausanne Flon and then the M1 line to reach UNIL-Sorge following this route<\/a>.

From Renens Gare, this will involve taking the M1 line in the direction of Lausanne Flon to reach UNIL-Sorge following this route<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The conference venue can also be reached by using Bus 31<\/strong> to get off at the UNIL-Sorge<\/strong> stop. Bus 31 runs from Renens Gare to UNIL-Sorge following this route<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public Transport Zones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

UNIL-Sorge is located in the public transport zone 12 of Grand Lausanne<\/strong>, so you will need a valid ticket that covers this zone. From Lausanne (located in Zone 11) you will need a two zone 11+12 ticket<\/strong> (CHF 3.70, valid for 1 hour or CHF 9.30, valid all day). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are staying in a hotel, hostel or at a campsite in Lausanne you will receive a Lausanne Transport Card<\/a><\/strong> which will allow you to use public transport (bus, train, metro) for free <\/strong>during your stay in the Lausanne area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
