I collaborate in the research programme of Prof. Cedric Mabire on topics related to hospital discharge preparation of older patients and transitional care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am a nurse with more than 10 years of experience in nursing research and project management. In 2016, I got a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Community Action and Health Promotion, then in 2018 a Master&#8217;s degree in Nursing at the University Institute for Health Training and Research (IUFRS) of the University of Lausanne. From 2018 to 2022, I completed a doctoral thesis on <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/insight\/nursing-discharge-teaching\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"567\">nursing discharge
