{"id":798,"date":"2024-06-10T00:34:38","date_gmt":"2024-06-09T22:34:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/inforecherche\/?post_type=tribe_events&#038;p=798"},"modified":"2024-06-10T00:34:38","modified_gmt":"2024-06-09T22:34:38","slug":"cross-2025","status":"publish","type":"tribe_events","link":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/inforecherche\/event\/cross-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"CROSS 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 2025 edition of the Collaborative Research on Science and Society (CROSS) program calls upon researchers at EPFL and the University of Lausanne to submit <strong>proposals that deal with current issues in society and technology<\/strong>, associating specialists in the human and social sciences on the one hand, with specialists in the life sciences, natural sciences or engineering on the other.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page3R_mcid18\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Through this annual call for projects, CROSS provides competitive grants to support new seed research <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">endeavors that have the potential to grow into full<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u2013<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">scale interdisciplinary research projects.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The 2025 CROSS call will be open to all topics.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\" \/>\n<h3>Submission of applications<\/h3>\n<p>Project proposals must be submitted by an interdisciplinary team made up of at least one researcher from each of the institutions (EPFL and UNIL): one specialist in the human and social sciences and one specialist in the life sciences, natural sciences or engineering.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epfl.ch\/schools\/cdh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/CROSS-2025-Guidelines.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Complete guidelines (pdf)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Applications must be prepared following the indications mentioned in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epfl.ch\/schools\/cdh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/CROSS-2025-Application.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">application form<\/a>, and submitted by the main applicant in electronic format (including annexes) to CROSS at the following email address: <a href=\"mailto:cross@epfl.ch\">cross@epfl.ch<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Complete applications must be submitted by 27 June 2024.
