Manage<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/impact\/en\/teaching\/#tag\">2. Tag<\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/impact\/en\/teaching\/#query\">3. Query<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"manage\">1. Manage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Each page can have one or more <em>editor(s)<\/em>. The <strong>states<\/strong> allow to manage the visibility of the page. By default, the page is <strong>private<\/strong>, which means that only the <em>editor(s)<\/em> can view it. The <strong>open<\/strong> state gives access to the <em>manager(s)<\/em>(s) of the space, who can also edit the page. With the <strong>public<\/strong> state, all the <em>users<\/em> of the space can view the page in a read-only mode (except for the manager(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, an <strong>email<\/strong> is sent to the <em>manager(s)<\/em>(s) when the state of the page is changed, but that can be disabled in the settings of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other states and actions can be configured by the <em>manager(s)<\/em>(s) of the space.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/impact\/files\/2016\/11\/etats.png\"><img alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"391\" height=\"157\" src=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/impact\/files\/2016\/11\/etats.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-912\" srcset=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/impact\/files\/2016\/11\/etats.png 391w, https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/impact\/files\/2016\/11\/etats-300x120.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 391px) 85vw, 391px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p style=\"background-color:#b4d9fa\" class=\"has-background\">Example 1: the <strong>teacher creates the pages in advance<\/strong>, uses a <strong>beamer to display them during the lecture<\/strong> and <strong>give access<\/strong> to the students at the end.<br><br>Example 2: the <strong>teacher creates her own states<\/strong> that relate to her teaching scenario. Students are then expected to follow a specific order: submitting an <em>extract<\/em>, le <em>transcribing<\/em> it and then <em>analyzing<\/em> it. Tag<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Each page can be tagged. Autocompletion allows to easily reuse tags that are already available in the space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u00abEdit\u00bb menu of each space, a tab can be used to manage the tags. Existing tags are listed and can be renamed, or deleted, and new tags can be added. Autocompletion is an occasion to <strong>share<\/strong> and <strong>discuss<\/strong> about the relevant categories.<br><br>Example 2: for her <strong>final dissertation<\/strong>, a student add tags to a corpus and <strong>discuss their relevance<\/strong>.<br><br>Example 3: a teacher changes her <strong>examples<\/strong>  by filtering her database using tags about the relevant phenomena.<br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"query\">3.
