Dans un h\u00f4pital universitaire, plusieurs milliers d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements ind\u00e9sirables sont signal\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e : erreurs m\u00e9dicamenteuses, chutes, comportements violents. Le projet veut acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer leur analyse et proposer des mesures correctives dont l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 est scientifiquement d\u00e9montr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019outil prendra la forme d\u2019une interface s\u00e9curis\u00e9e de type chatbot multilingue, destin\u00e9e aux professionnels charg\u00e9s des processus qualit\u00e9. Son d\u00e9veloppement revient au Centre de la science des donn\u00e9es biom\u00e9dicales, structure commune au CHUV et \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne ; l\u2019\u00e9valuation sera men\u00e9e par l\u2019Institut universitaire de formation et de recherche en soins de Lausanne. La solution sera reli\u00e9e au r\u00e9seau national CIRRNET et \u00e0 la plateforme PatBox.ch, puis d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e au CHUV, \u00e0 l\u2019H\u00f4pital universitaire de B\u00e2le et \u00e0 l\u2019Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale.
