Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019augmenter la taille des mod\u00e8les, la m\u00e9thode CMonge (Conditional Monge Gap) s\u2019appuie sur le cadre math\u00e9matique du transport optimal pour apprendre comment des populations enti\u00e8res de cellules se d\u00e9placent en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des mol\u00e9cules, \u00e0 des doses et \u00e0 des combinaisons de traitements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec une fraction des param\u00e8tres utilis\u00e9s par des approches comparables, elle se g\u00e9n\u00e9ralise \u00e0 des compos\u00e9s jamais rencontr\u00e9s tout en pr\u00e9servant l\u2019h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es cellulaires, l\u2019un des aspects les plus difficiles de ce type de donn\u00e9es.
