On 30 Sep 2025, about 30 scientists working broadly on hydrology at UNIL and EPFL met at the Géopolis for an afternoon of science. This year the program included:
- Keynote: Dr. Massimiliano Zappa, Group Leader of the Hydrological Forecasts Group at WSL: “Exploring recent efforts in providing information on future hydrological extremes at the Swiss scale”
- Keynote: Dr. Natalie Ceperley, Research Scientist in the Hydrology Group at the University of Bern: “Lessons from the Field: Eco-Hydrology from Savannahs to Alps”
- Presentation of the UNIL Hydrology group
- Presentation of the EPFL CHANGE laboratory
- Presentation of the UNIL GAIA group
It’s been an excellent event and we are happy to propose the third edition next year.
