On November 22, in a Zurich beautifully covered in snow, there has been the conclusive meeting for the project “WATershed RESponses”, funded by the Swiss Data Science Center over 2022-2024.
WATRES featured a very productive collaboration with the SDSC. We created new algorithms to characterise the flow and tracer responses of natural watersheds based on timeseries of water quantity and quality. We are now using these new tools to characterise such responses at contrasting watersheds in Switzerland.
