{"id":449,"date":"2020-12-09T16:03:14","date_gmt":"2020-12-09T15:03:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/govai\/profilage-algorithmique\/"},"modified":"2020-12-09T16:03:27","modified_gmt":"2020-12-09T15:03:27","slug":"profilage-algorithmique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/govai\/fr\/profilage-algorithmique\/","title":{"rendered":"Profilage algorithmique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Comment aider les demandeurs d&#8217;emploi menac\u00e9s par le ch\u00f4mage de longue dur\u00e9e ?\u00a0 La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour les services publics de l&#8217;emploi consiste \u00e0 identifier les personnes \u00e0 risque.\u00a0Des syst\u00e8mes de profilage permettent de classer les demandeurs d&#8217;emploi dans des cat\u00e9gories de risque et d&rsquo;orienter les services vers ceux qui ont le plus besoin de mesures telles que des programmes de formation ou une aide \u00e0 la recherche d&#8217;emploi.<\/p>\n\n<p>Avec la disponibilit\u00e9 de vastes donn\u00e9es administratives, les efforts de profilage peuvent \u00eatre soutenus par des algorithmes d&rsquo;apprentissage automatique qui analysent syst\u00e9matiquement de grandes quantit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es et font des recommandations aux travailleurs sociaux.\u00a0Nous d\u00e9veloppons un syst\u00e8me de profilage algorithmique \u00e0 partir des donn\u00e9es administratives suisses.
