It has three main purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>foster new partnerships<\/strong>&nbsp;and\/or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>allow existing partnerships to grow and develop<\/strong>&nbsp;and\/or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>support emerging research talent<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications are accepted from applicants who are permanent residents of Switzerland and have an employment contract with a federal or cantonal university, university of applied sciences, university of teacher education or any officially recognized research institute in Switzerland (in accordance with the listings on the\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/inx.zhaw.ch\/d\/d.html?p00fs33q00ki3400d0000000000000000z3l50srlh3bf2n6qhr4vqd0000fe0000000nlosf70\" target=\"_blank\">SERI Website<\/a>).
