The Worldwide Universities Network (WUN) gathers 22 universities from all over the world. It aims to be a force in developing innovative solutions to some of the world’s most significant challenges.
The 4 research themes for which the WUN network believes it has particular capacity to develop solutions are:
- Responding to Climate Change (food security, plastics, sustainability, etc.)
- Public Health (Non-Communicable Disease)
- Global Higher Education and Research (theoretical and applied)
- Understanding Cultures (migration, cultural heritage, etc.)
Currently, more than 70 research groups are active. UNIL researchers are welcome to connect to the existing groups, and launch new ones.
