SERVAL News: Use of DOI

— English below —

Deposit your paper on SERVAL via the DOI (Digital Object Identifier): it is by far the fastest and most convenient method. However, there are two things to be aware of:

  1. The keywords retrieved automatically are those of the journal in which the article was published and not specifically those associated with the article. You must therefore correct them.
  2. If the article is peer-reviewed, you must manually check the “Peer-reviewed” box located neer the DOI box, at the end of “Mandatory or recommended metadata” container. This is especially important if you want to use the “My FNS report” function available from Serval.

To perform these two operations, select the « Edit (advanced entry) » option.
