Le décanat GSE met désormais à la disposition du corps intermédiaire un service de coaching individuel pour les préparations d’entretiens oraux et prise de parole en public, en particulier dans le cadre de recrutement sur un poste académique ou d’obtention d’une bourse.
Cette prestation vise à permettre à chacun·e d’identifier ses forces et besoins, de travailler sur la forme de ses interventions (optimisation de la présence et de l’écoute de public, gestion du flux de parole) et d’acquérir des outils personnalisés susceptibles d’améliorer ses talents d’oratrice/orateur.
Elle est disponible en français et en anglais et peut s’effectuer soit en présentiel, soit par Zoom/Skype. Pour toute requête, question ou inscription, merci d’écrire directement à joelle.richard@unil.ch.
Lors de l’élaboration et la soumission de vos candidatures, la consultante recherche Amélie Dreiss est à votre disposition pour conseils et relecture. FGSE offers an individual coaching service to help the ‘corps intermédiaire‘ prepare oral interviews and public talks (especially related to academic appointments or scientific scholarships).
This service aims at identifying the participant’s strengths and needs, and will provide personalized tools to develop oratory skills. We’ll work on the form of the planned presentations, optimize the “stage presence” and improve the flow of speech to maximize impact on the audience.
