My research projects include legal mobilization for pay equity in Europe, the governance of gender equality policies in Switzerland and access to justice for people in poverty in Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">In my academic work, I explore how we can distribute power, money, time and recognition fairly; how we can promote stakeholders\u2019 participation in political decision, so as to achieve and defend a comprehensive democratisation of society.
