Florentina Mender is a doctoral researcher at the Institute New Work at Bern University of Applied Sciences and at the University of Lausanne. She studied Political Science, Economics and Gender Studies at the Universities of Zurich and Basel, and brings practical experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as well as gender equality policy. In the GenFam project, she focuses on work package 5, assessing the Swiss response to challenges associated to (un)changing gender relations in paid and unpaid work, family diversity and fertility.
