Indiquez ensuite <strong>la date et l\u2019heure<\/strong> \u00e0 laquelle vous avez eu un souvenir intrusif. Si le souvenir intrusif s\u2019est produit avant midi, s\u00e9lectionnez l\u2019heure en indiquant \u00ab\u00a0AM\u00a0\u00bb.
