D\u2019un montant maximal de Fr. <strong>25&rsquo;000.-<\/strong>, il est accord\u00e9 sous la forme d\u2019une d\u00e9charge des t\u00e2ches d\u2019enseignement, d\u2019encadrement ou administratives pour une dur\u00e9e maximale d\u2019une ann\u00e9e. Depuis 2019, il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre demand\u00e9 pour un soutien dans les t\u00e2ches techniques de recherche, par l\u2019engagement d\u2019une tierce personne (voir modifications du R\u00e8glement, art. 1 et 4).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peuvent en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier les femmes occupant des postes postdoctoraux non stabilis\u00e9s\u00a0et qui poursuivent une carri\u00e8re acad\u00e9mique, notamment les premi\u00e8res assistantes, les ma\u00eetres assistantes et les professeures assistantes. A titre exceptionnel, les femmes titulaires d\u2019un doctorat occupant d\u2019autres types de postes acad\u00e9miques et ayant une volont\u00e9 de carri\u00e8re acad\u00e9mique av\u00e9r\u00e9e peuvent b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du subside, pour autant que leur demande r\u00e9ponde au but de la mesure en tant qu\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de carri\u00e8re et d\u2019acc\u00e8s au
