Une enqu\u00eate diagnostique \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de la philosophie sociale d\u2019Axel Honneth<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Titulaire d\u2019un Master en Lettres de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne et du Brevet d\u2019aptitude \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement secondaire, Vincent Fornerod enseigne au gymnase depuis 1993. Il a entam\u00e9 sa th\u00e8se de doctorat en 2015 \u00e0 la suite d\u2019observations ethnographiques effectu\u00e9es pendant une ann\u00e9e dans des \u00e9coles de Berlin et l\u2019a r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, sous la direction du MER Olivier Voirol (Institut des sciences sociales), parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 ses activit\u00e9s d\u2019enseignant, de praticien formateur de stagiaires de la Haute \u00e9cole p\u00e9dagogique Vaud et de pr\u00e9sident de la file cantonale de philosophie. Il l\u2019a soutenue le 14 novembre 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En s\u2019inspirant de la m\u00e9thode de la Th\u00e9orie critique dont il se r\u00e9clame, ce travail allie approche philosophique et recherche empirique pour enqu\u00eater sur l\u2019\u00e9volution actuelle de la maturit\u00e9 gymnasiale. \u00c0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019analyse du discours officiel produit par les autorit\u00e9s scolaires, de l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation de certaines des principales doctrines p\u00e9dagogiques de la modernit\u00e9 et de la d\u00e9marche ethnographique (observations de terrain, entretiens compr\u00e9hensifs), il met au jour les normes sur lesquelles le gymnase est fond\u00e9 et que l\u2019institution invoque pour justifier les r\u00e9formes qu\u2019elle entreprend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recherche s\u2019int\u00e9resse ainsi d\u2019une part \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont celle-ci r\u00e9interpr\u00e8te, pour se les approprier, les principes fondamentaux de la p\u00e9dagogie moderne (autonomie, esprit critique, \u00e9panouissement personnel, culture g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, responsabilit\u00e9 individuelle), et d\u2019autre part aux moyens qu\u2019elle mobilise pour les mat\u00e9rialiser, que ce soit dans la grille horaire, les plans d\u2019\u00e9tudes, les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s didactiques ou les modalit\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le des apprentissages. Suivant la m\u00e9thode de la \u00ab&nbsp;reconstruction normative&nbsp;\u00bb emprunt\u00e9e \u00e0 la philosophie sociale d\u2019Axel Honneth, cette enqu\u00eate propose donc \u00e0 la fois une explication et une \u00e9valuation des transformations en cours de l\u2019\u00c9cole de maturit\u00e9. Elle \u00e9tablit ainsi un diagnostic des \u00ab&nbsp;pathologies&nbsp;\u00bb que g\u00e9n\u00e8re l\u2019institution en tentant de concr\u00e9tiser dans l\u2019enseignement les exigences normatives que lui impose la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 contemporaine. Elle montre en effet que les tensions qui travaillent le gymnase ne sont pas sans cons\u00e9quences sur les interactions p\u00e9dagogiques qui, se d\u00e9roulant dans des contextes qui mutilent les bonnes pratiques que les r\u00e9formes pr\u00e9tendent pourtant promouvoir, ne parviennent pas \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser pleinement les normes que revendique aujourd\u2019hui le syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9ducation et de formation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019\u00e9volution de la maturit\u00e9 gymnasiale.
