{"id":562,"date":"2012-11-09T12:17:58","date_gmt":"2012-11-09T11:17:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/esspace\/?p=562"},"modified":"2012-11-13T09:23:15","modified_gmt":"2012-11-13T08:23:15","slug":"jiske-de-albuquerque","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/esspace\/2012\/11\/jiske-de-albuquerque\/","title":{"rendered":"Jiske de Albuquerque"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Family relationships and learning experiences in anxious vs. non-anxious families\u00a0: Are there differences\u00a0?<\/strong>\u00a0<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Apr\u00e8s des \u00e9tudes de psychologie \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Maastricht (Pays-Bas), Jiske de Albuquerque a travaill\u00e9 comme doctorante FNS \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de B\u00e2le, puis comme assistante dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Institut de Psychologie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne. Elle a soutenu sa th\u00e8se de doctorat en psychologie en 2012 \u00e0 l\u2019Unil, sous la direction des Profs. S. Munsch et S. Schneider (Universit\u00e9 de Bochum, Allemagne). Elle suit actuellement une formation postgrade en psychoth\u00e9rapie cognitivo-comportementale centr\u00e9e sur les enfants et adolescents aux Universit\u00e9s de Fribourg et Zurich.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de cette th\u00e8se \u00e9tait d\u2019explorer les relations parent-enfant et les processus d\u2019apprentissage familiaux associ\u00e9s aux troubles anxieux. A cet effet, des familles ayant un membre anxieux (la m\u00e8re ou l\u2019enfant), ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9es avec des familles n\u2019ayant aucun membre anxieux.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude, l\u2019observation de l\u2019interaction m\u00e8re-enfant, dans le cadre d\u2019une situation standardis\u00e9e de jeu, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les m\u00e8res pr\u00e9sentant un trouble panique \u00e9taient plus susceptibles de se montrer verbalement contr\u00f4lantes, critiques et moins sensibles aux besoins de l\u2019enfant, que les m\u00e8res qui ne pr\u00e9sentaient pas ce type de trouble. Une deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tude a examin\u00e9 les perceptions des diff\u00e9rents membres de la famille quant aux relations au sein de la famille et a indiqu\u00e9 que, par comparaison aux adolescents non-anxieux, les adolescents anxieux \u00e9taient plus enclins \u00e0 \u00e9prouver un sentiment d\u2019autonomie individuelle diminu\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 leurs parents. Finalement, une troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tude s\u2019est int\u00e9ress\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer l\u2019impact d\u2019exp\u00e9riences d\u2019apprentissage moins directes dans l\u2019\u00e9tiologie de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9. Les r\u00e9sultats ont indiqu\u00e9 que les m\u00e8res pr\u00e9sentant un trouble panique \u00e9taient plus enclines \u00e0 s\u2019engager dans des comportements qui maintiennent la panique et \u00e0 impliquer leurs enfants dans ces comportements, que les m\u00e8res ne pr\u00e9sentant pas de trouble panique.<\/p>\n<p>En se basant sur des recherches ant\u00e9rieures qui ont \u00e9tabli une relation entre le contr\u00f4le parental, la perception de contr\u00f4le chez l\u2019enfant et les troubles anxieux, le pr\u00e9sent travail non seulement confirme ce lien mais propose \u00e9galement un mod\u00e8le pour r\u00e9sumer l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel des connaissances concernant les processus familiaux et le d\u00e9veloppement des troubles anxieux. Deux pistes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sugg\u00e9r\u00e9es par lesquelles l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 pourrait \u00eatre transmise de mani\u00e8re interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle. Chacune de ces pistes attribue un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 la perception de contr\u00f4le chez l\u2019enfant. L\u2019id\u00e9e est que lorsque les enfants pr\u00e9sentent une pr\u00e9disposition \u00e0 interpr\u00e9ter le comportement de leurs parents comme hors de leur contr\u00f4le, ils seraient plus enclins \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.
