Voici les principales modifications apport\u00e9e au r\u00e8glement d\u2019ex\u00e9cution du FNS :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les devoirs des institutions employeuses et des b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du subside (protection de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9, protection contre le harc\u00e8lement, soutien actif \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re des collaborateurs\/trices,\u2026) sont explicitement mentionn\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Le FNS renonce \u00e0 prescrire formellement les taux d\u2019occupation pour la recherche des doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s et des postdocs, mais ces collaborateurs\/trices doivent pouvoir atteindre les objectifs de recherche et de carri\u00e8re li\u00e9s \u00e0 leur statut. Par ailleurs, les doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s pourront demander des subsides de carri\u00e8re (flexibility grant, mobilit\u00e9 au sein des projets, subside \u00e9galit\u00e9) quel que soit leur taux d\u2019occupation.<\/li>\n<li>Davantage de flexibilit\u00e9 a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorie des \u00ab autres collaborateurs\/trices \u00bb, qui comprend les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s n\u2019envisageant pas de doctorat, les docteur\u00b7e\u00b7s dont la th\u00e8se remonte \u00e0 plus de 5 ans, ainsi que le personnel technique et auxiliaire. En effet, la limitation relative au financement ininterrompu par le FNS a \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9e. Cela signifie par exemple que si les comp\u00e9tences d\u2019un\u00b7e docteur\u00b7e ayant obtenu son titre depuis plus de 5 ans, sont indispensables aux recherches men\u00e9es, cette personne pourra \u00eatre engag\u00e9e dans le cadre de projets FNS, sans qu\u2019une dur\u00e9e de financement maximale soit fix\u00e9e par le FNS.<\/li>\n<li>Pour les \u00ab autres collaborateurs\/trices \u00bb, le plafond salarial a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9. Le FNS prendra ainsi en charge les salaires en vigueur dans chaque institution.
