C<\/em><em>\u2019est suite \u00e0 une ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e au sein du Bure<\/em><em>au des Nations unies au Burundi qu<\/em><em>\u2019elle a fait le choix d\u2019ent<\/em><em>amer un doctorat consacr<\/em><em>\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide internationale dans ce pays. <\/em><em>Elle a d<\/em><em>\u00e9fendu sa th\u00e8se e<\/em><em>n oc<\/em><em>tobre 2018 sous la direction d<\/em><em>\u2019<\/em><em>Antoine Kernen (ISS).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Au Burundi \u2013 entre les \u00e9lections post-transition de 2005 remport\u00e9es par Pierre Nkurunziza et sa r\u00e9\u00e9lection controvers\u00e9e en 2015 \u2013 les organisations d\u2019aide au d\u00e9veloppement ont largement accru leur pr\u00e9sence au sein des ar\u00e8nes de fabrique de l\u2019action publique. Cette participation dans les cercles de prise de d\u00e9cision s\u2019est traduite par un alignement discursif du pays sur les standards internationaux. Cette th\u00e8se a pour objectif d\u2019interroger l\u2019influence des bailleurs de fonds (organisations bilat\u00e9rales et multilat\u00e9rales) sur les politiques nationales en mati\u00e8re de \u00ab bonne gouvernance \u00bb ainsi que les r\u00e9sistances qu\u2019ils rencontrent. Inscrite dans la perspective d\u2019une sociologie de l\u2019action publique, elle \u00e9tudie les interactions quotidiennes et concr\u00e8tes entre les acteurs sur une longue dur\u00e9e pour mettre en lumi\u00e8re toute la complexit\u00e9 de ces processus. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, cette \u00e9tude propose une analyse de la mise \u00e0 l\u2019agenda (2007), de l\u2019\u00e9laboration (2007-2011) et de la mise en \u0153uvre (2011-2015) d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie nationale de bonne gouvernance et de lutte contre la corruption.
