Processus d&rsquo;apprentissage du yoga entre France et Suisse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Dipl<\/em><em>\u00f4m\u00e9e d&rsquo;un dipl\u00f4me d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes approfondies en sciences sociales de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Descartes, Paris V &#8211; La Sorbonne, Caroline Nizard a tout d&rsquo;abord travaill\u00e9 da<\/em><em>ns le social avant d&rsquo;entreprendre une th<\/em><em>\u00e8se de doctorat \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne sous la direction du Prof. Rapha\u00ebl Rousseleau (IHAR). Ses recherches portent sur le yoga et le corps \u00e0 travers une approche interdisciplinaire<\/em><em>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sente th\u00e8se porte sur les discours et les pratiques de l&rsquo;apprentissage du yoga. Elle s&rsquo;appuie sur 56 entretiens semi-directifs, de nombreuses observations participantes dans les cours de yoga, en ashram, dans des congr\u00e8s men\u00e9s en France, en Suisse et en Inde entre 2013 et 2017. La th\u00e8se se propose de suivre des itin\u00e9raires possibles de pratiques afin de comprendre pourquoi les pratiquant\u00b7e\u00b7s d\u00e9butent le yoga, de savoir comment ils\u00b7elles apprennent et enfin de s&rsquo;interroger sur les cons\u00e9quences de ces apprentissages sur le corps, les relations \u00e0 soi, aux autres, les transformations au niveau des pratiques alimentaires, m\u00e9dicales ou spirituelles.<\/p>\n<p>S&rsquo;appuyant sur une recherche ethnologique, elle s&rsquo;enrichit d&rsquo;outils m\u00e9thodologiques interdisciplinaires afin de d\u00e9velopper une m\u00e9thode int\u00e9gr\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00e9tude du corps, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire inscrivant les discours sur les ressentis sensibles, dans ses dimensions biologiques, sociales, et culturelles. Dans cette perspective, la recherche mobilise des notions telles que les techniques de soi (M.\u00a0Foucault), les synth\u00e8ses sensori-motrices (J.-P.\u00a0Warnier), la corpor\u00e9it\u00e9 et l&rsquo;\u00e9naction (F.\u00a0Varela) afin de comprendre le corps, le yoga et le souffle \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re de deux niveaux d&rsquo;analyse (anthropologie, physiologie). Cette \u00e9tude met en lumi\u00e8re une exp\u00e9rimentation liant donn\u00e9es physiologiques et discours pour probl\u00e9matiser les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de l&rsquo;apprentissage du yoga. Elle porte notamment une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la relation entre professeur\u00b7e et \u00e9l\u00e8ve afin de souligner son influence sur les conceptions du corps, les nouveaux modes de relations \u00e0 soi et les processus de subjectivation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Du souffle au corps.
