Ses int\u00e9r\u00eats de recherche portent sur la classification et mod\u00e9lisation de donn\u00e9es longitudinales \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de mod\u00e8les de Markov latents. Il a d\u00e9fendu sa th\u00e8se en juillet 2018. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Diff\u00e9rents types de donn\u00e9es longitudinales sont fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9s en sciences sociales et divers autres domaines (donn\u00e9es de panel, \u00e9tudes de cohortes, courbes de croissances, s\u00e9ries temporelles). Cette th\u00e8se se concentre sur la mod\u00e9lisation et la classification de s\u00e9quences de donn\u00e9es continues \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un mod\u00e8le Markovien latent. L\u2019inclusion de diverses variables aux niveaux visible et latent am\u00e9liore la s\u00e9paration des s\u00e9quences en classes distinctes. Lorsqu\u2019il est utilis\u00e9 pour obtenir une classification stricte, ce mod\u00e8le revient \u00e0 une mixture Gaussienne, estim\u00e9e \u00e0 travers le temps et dont les moyennes et variances prennent en compte la d\u00e9pendance au fil du temps.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019estimation des param\u00e8tres du mod\u00e8le et de leur variabilit\u00e9 sont les sujets principaux de ce travail, et des proc\u00e9dures sp\u00e9cifiques sont propos\u00e9es afin de les r\u00e9soudre.
