En automne 2011, une Commission de la rel\u00e8ve acad\u00e9mique au niveau de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e: sa<\/em><em> mission est de soutenir la Direction dans la mise en place d\u2019une politique de la rel\u00e8ve acad\u00e9mique et d\u2019accompagner sa mise en \u0153uvre.<\/em><em> <!--more-->Cette politique vise \u00e0 fixer des conditions-cadre favorables \u00e0 la progression des carri\u00e8res autant des personnes qui restent dans le monde acad\u00e9mique que de celles qui le quittent. <\/em><em>\u00a0Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, que fait la Commission de la rel\u00e8ve acad\u00e9mique\u00a0? Qui fait partie de cette Commission\u00a0?<\/em><em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le mandat de la Commission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Commission constitue un organe de r\u00e9flexion et de concertation sur la question de la rel\u00e8ve \u00e0 l\u2019UNIL. Les \u00e9changes qui ont lieu en son sein permettent de\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sensibiliser<\/strong> les membres de la Commission \u00e0 une probl\u00e9matique de politique institutionnelle\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Veiller<\/strong> sur l\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation de la rel\u00e8ve acad\u00e9mique \u00e0 l\u2019UNIL\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Promouvoir<\/strong> et <strong>valoriser<\/strong> la rel\u00e8ve acad\u00e9mique au sein de chaque facult\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Formuler \u00e0 l\u2019attention de la Direction des <strong>propositions<\/strong> et des <strong>recommandations<\/strong> de mesures d\u2019encouragement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, la Commission r\u00e9alise les t\u00e2ches suivantes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construire une r\u00e9flexion sur les <strong>conditions-cadre favorables \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une th\u00e8se<\/strong> (encadrement, taux d\u2019activit\u00e9, etc.)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Promouvoir l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une <strong>formation doctorale<\/strong> pour tous les doctorants de l\u2019UNIL\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>S\u2019informer sur les dispositifs et <strong>mesures d\u2019accompagnement<\/strong> en place dans chaque facult\u00e9\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Encourager le d\u00e9veloppement et la valorisation de <strong>comp\u00e9tences transversales<\/strong> parmi les personnes titulaires d\u2019un poste de rel\u00e8ve\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Promouvoir le soutien pour la <strong>planification des carri\u00e8res<\/strong> universitaires et extra-universitaires\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Identifier les <strong>besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des collaborateurs de niveau post-doctoral<\/strong> et proposer des mesures d\u2019encouragement\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Veiller au soutien offert \u00e0 la rel\u00e8ve acad\u00e9mique pour <strong>concilier carri\u00e8re acad\u00e9mique et vie familiale<\/strong> (temps partiel, d\u00e9charges, soutiens financiers cibl\u00e9s, etc)\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>Participer \u00e0 la diffusion des <strong>bonnes pratiques<\/strong> dans les facult\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>La composition de la Commission<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Commission veut impliquer des repr\u00e9sentants de la rel\u00e8ve et du corps professoral de l\u2019ensemble des facult\u00e9s de l\u2019UNIL.\u00a0 Elle est compos\u00e9e de 19 membres (dont <strong>trois membres de la facult\u00e9 des SSP<\/strong>)\u00a0: un repr\u00e9sentant du corps professoral de chaque facult\u00e9 (7 professeurs, dont la vice-doyenne charg\u00e9e de la recherche \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 des SSP, professeure <strong>Mich\u00e8le Grossen<\/strong>), sept repr\u00e9sentants de la rel\u00e8ve\u00a0 (3 doctorants, 4 post-doc\u00a0; <strong>Edm\u00e9e Ballif<\/strong>, assistante dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 des SSP), un repr\u00e9sentant du corps estudiantin, un repr\u00e9sentant du service des RH, un repr\u00e9sentant du service d\u2019orientation et de conseil, la vice-rectrice en charge de la Rel\u00e8ve acad\u00e9mique et Diversit\u00e9 (professeure Franciska Krings) et la pr\u00e9sidente de la Commission (<strong>Eva Green<\/strong>, MER \u00a0\u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 des SSP).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La rel\u00e8ve acad\u00e9mique \u2014\u00a0c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire les doctorants, premiers assistants, ma\u00eetres-assistants et professeurs assistants en pr\u00e9titularisation conditionnelle\u00a0\u2014 constitue une pr\u00e9occupation majeure de la Direction de l\u2019UNIL.
