{"id":2960,"date":"2018-05-29T11:30:33","date_gmt":"2018-05-29T09:30:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/esspace\/?p=2960"},"modified":"2018-05-31T10:23:58","modified_gmt":"2018-05-31T08:23:58","slug":"valerie-schurch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/esspace\/2018\/05\/valerie-schurch\/","title":{"rendered":"Val\u00e9rie Sch\u00fcrch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Cognitions sociales, \u00e9motions et intentions d\u2019agir d\u2019\u00e9tudiants \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de l\u2019int\u00e9gration scolaire d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves pr\u00e9sentant des difficult\u00e9s de comportement\u00a0<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Val\u00e9rie Sch\u00fcrch, docteure en psychologie, a obtenu son master en psychologie de l\u2019enfant et de l\u2019adolescent en 2009 \u00e0 l\u2019UNIL, apr\u00e8s une licence en psychologie \u00e0 la Benem\u00e9rita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla (Mexique). Suite \u00e0 diverses exp\u00e9riences en tant qu\u2019enseignante et \u00e9ducatrice, elle a travaill\u00e9 comme assistante dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e au sein de l\u2019UER \u00ab\u00a0D\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019enfant \u00e0 l\u2019adulte\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 la Haute \u00c9cole P\u00e9dagogique du Canton de Vaud, o\u00f9 elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e pour r\u00e9aliser une th\u00e8se de doctorat sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration scolaire, sous la direction du Prof. Pierre-Andr\u00e9 Doudin (IP). Val\u00e9rie Sch\u00fcrch a soutenu sa th\u00e8se le 23 janvier 2018.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les difficult\u00e9s de comportement (DC) sont un d\u00e9fi pour les enseignant\u00b7e\u00b7s. La recherche montre que leurs attitudes vis-\u00e0-vis des \u00e9l\u00e8ves pr\u00e9sentant des DC sont souvent n\u00e9gatives, ce qui peut conduire \u00e0 leur exclusion de la classe. Toutefois, nous connaissons peu cet aspect chez les \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement, surtout en d\u00e9but de formation. Or, les croyances initiales des \u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s sur le m\u00e9tier enseignant peuvent entraver l\u2019acquisition de nouvelles connaissances.<\/p>\n<p>Cette recherche a pour objectif d\u2019analyser les cognitions sociales (attitudes, attributions causales et sentiment d\u2019efficacit\u00e9), \u00e9motions et intentions d\u2019agir d\u2019\u00e9tudiant\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves pr\u00e9sentant des DC, tout en consid\u00e9rant l\u2019influence du risque de burnout et du genre, et de l\u2019origine de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve. Le but est d\u2019observer comment ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments influencent leurs intentions d\u2019int\u00e9grer ou d\u2019exclure un \u00e9l\u00e8ve pr\u00e9sentant des DC, ainsi que d\u2019\u00e9ventuels changements entre le d\u00e9but et la fin du premier semestre de formation.<\/p>\n<p>Au travers d\u2019une \u00e9tude quantitative suivant un design quasi-exp\u00e9rimental avec quatre vignettes, nous comparons deux groupes d\u2019\u00e9tudiants au d\u00e9but (n\u00a0=\u00a0189) et \u00e0 la fin (n\u00a0=\u00a0218) du premier semestre de formation. Nos r\u00e9sultats montrent que les attitudes des participants en fin de semestre sont plus positives et que leur score sur l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 personnelle et les comp\u00e9tences \u00e9motionnelles sont plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Le risque de burnout est corr\u00e9l\u00e9 aux cognitions sociales, \u00e9motions et intentions des \u00e9tudiants, celui-ci \u00e9tant plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour les \u00e9tudiants en fin de semestre. Aussi, les \u00e9motions et les attributions causales des participants diff\u00e8rent selon l\u2019origine de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve. Enfin, certains pr\u00e9dicteurs des intentions d\u2019agir correspondent aux deux groupes, mais certaines divergences pouvant \u00eatre attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 la formation sont observ\u00e9es.
