En Janvier 2012, elle a commenc\u00e9 sa th\u00e8se de doctorat en psychologie \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne, en participant \u00e0 un projet portant sur les trajectoires professionnelles dans le cadre du P\u00f4le de recherche national LIVES. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette th\u00e8se porte sur l\u2019influence des caract\u00e9ristiques individuelles et des situations professionnelles sur le bien-\u00eatre. En combinant diff\u00e9rentes perspectives th\u00e9oriques, des hypoth\u00e8ses sont propos\u00e9es concernant le lien entre certaines caract\u00e9ristiques individuelles et situationnelles et le bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et professionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux premi\u00e8res \u00e9tudes se focalisent sur la validation d\u2019une \u00e9chelle de <em>career adaptabilities<\/em> et sur le r\u00f4le m\u00e9diateur de cette capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation (<em>adaptability<\/em>) dans la relation entre des dispositions individuelles et le bien-\u00eatre. La troisi\u00e8me \u00e9tude \u00e9value l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019un possible effet de m\u00e9diation de l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 (<em>adaptability<\/em>), en se penchant cette fois sur la relation entre ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 professionnelle et charge de travail d\u2019une part et le bien-\u00eatre d\u2019autre part. La quatri\u00e8me \u00e9tude analyse les associations entre les dimensions de la personnalit\u00e9, l\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9 (<em>adaptability<\/em>) et le bien-\u00eatre dans quatre parcours professionnels diff\u00e9rents. La cinqui\u00e8me \u00e9tude longitudinale illustre comment la croyance en un monde juste influence les perceptions de justice organisationnelle ce qui a une incidence importante sur le bien-\u00eatre. Enfin, la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude se concentre sur une population sp\u00e9cifique, les immigrants en Suisse, et souligne qu\u2019\u00eatre la cible d\u2019incivilit\u00e9 sur le lieu de travail est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement li\u00e9 au pays d\u2019origine.<\/p>\n<p>Globalement, cette th\u00e8se met en \u00e9vidence le fait que les caract\u00e9ristiques individuelles ont des effets tant directs qu\u2019indirects sur le bien-\u00eatre et que ces m\u00eames caract\u00e9ristiques expliquent en partie le lien entre la situation professionnelle et le bien-\u00eatre. Plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, des situations professionnelles peuvent influencer l\u2019expression de certaines caract\u00e9ristiques individuelles, soit en contribuant \u00e0 leurs activations ou \u00e0 leurs inhibitions. De plus, l\u2019impact des caract\u00e9ristiques individuelles sur le bien-\u00eatre semble d\u00e9pendre de la situation professionnelle.
