{"id":1162,"date":"2014-05-02T09:26:25","date_gmt":"2014-05-02T07:26:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/esspace\/?p=1162"},"modified":"2014-05-07T11:22:27","modified_gmt":"2014-05-07T09:22:27","slug":"stefan-denzler","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/esspace\/2014\/05\/stefan-denzler\/","title":{"rendered":"Stefan Denzler"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Integration of teacher education into the Swiss higher education system<br \/>\n<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>Apr\u00e8s une formation \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement du secondaire \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Zurich, Stefan Denzler a suivi des \u00e9tudes de sciences politiques \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Gen\u00e8ve, o\u00f9 il a obtenu sa licence en 2001. En tant que collaborateur scientifique aupr\u00e8s du Centre suisse de coordination pour la recherche en \u00e9ducation (CSRE), il s\u2019occupe actuellement de la politique de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Ses projets de recherche se situent \u00e0 cheval entre l\u2019\u00e9conomie de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la science politique et la sociologie. Sa th\u00e8se, dirig\u00e9e par le Prof. Jean-Philippe Leresche, aborde le th\u00e8me de la diff\u00e9rentiation dans le syst\u00e8me suisse des hautes \u00e9coles, en examinant le cas des HEP.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9gration dans le syst\u00e8me d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur d\u2019institutions qui ont pour t\u00e2che sp\u00e9cifique de former des enseignants peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un \u00e9v\u00e9nement majeur dans la politique \u00e9ducative suisse. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne a des cons\u00e9quences importantes \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux. Cette th\u00e8se explore les changements organisationnels et institutionnels r\u00e9sultant de cette r\u00e9forme politique, et elle se propose d\u2019\u00e9valuer, en termes de diff\u00e9rentiation et de convergence, les changements structurels intervenus dans le syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9ducation tertiaire.<\/p>\n<p>Les principaux aspects trait\u00e9s sont, d\u2019une part, la nouvelle mission de recherche attribu\u00e9e \u00e0 ces institutions de formation p\u00e9dagogique, et, de l\u2019autre, leur place par rapport aux autres institutions du syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9ducation tertiaire. Recourant \u00e0 une approche centr\u00e9e sur les acteurs pour \u00e9tudier les processus de diff\u00e9rentiation, la th\u00e8se met en lumi\u00e8re et discute les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s inh\u00e9rentes au syst\u00e8me tertiaire au sein duquel se joue la formation des enseignants nouvellement con\u00e7ue. Elle soul\u00e8ve \u00e9galement la question des effets de cette nouvelle fa\u00e7on de former les enseignants sur les configurations institutionnelles et les constellations d\u2019acteurs.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude comparative a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur la base 1) de donn\u00e9es qualitatives et quantitatives issues de quatre \u00e9tudes de cas de hautes \u00e9coles p\u00e9dagogiques et 2) d\u2019analyses de r\u00e9gression multiple de donn\u00e9es de niveau micro concernant les choix de carri\u00e8re des \u00e9tudiants. Les r\u00e9sultats montrent \u00e0 quel point le processus d\u2019int\u00e9gration dans le syst\u00e8me et la nouvelle mission de recherche peuvent appara\u00eetre de mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente selon le cadre institutionnel d\u2019une \u00e9cole et la constellation sp\u00e9cifique des acteurs influents. On a pu clairement observer une forte aspiration des hautes \u00e9coles p\u00e9dagogiques \u00e0 se cr\u00e9er une identit\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de la structure binaire du syst\u00e8me qui assigne la formation des enseignants au secteur des hautes \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es.
