{"id":291,"date":"2020-02-10T19:38:53","date_gmt":"2020-02-10T18:38:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/emst\/?page_id=291"},"modified":"2020-02-20T20:55:40","modified_gmt":"2020-02-20T19:55:40","slug":"past-events","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/emst\/past-events\/","title":{"rendered":"Past Events"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>2018<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Anita, Tino and Nils langer co-organised the 12th edition of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/emst\/2018\/08\/12th-summer-school-in-historical-sociolinguistics-from-22-29-july-2018-at-the-universite-de-lausanne\/\">Summer School of Historical Sociolinguistics<\/a><\/strong>, which was held at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) from 22-29 July 2018.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2017<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Anita Auer and Jennifer Thorburn co-organised the international conference <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/emst\/2016\/10\/conference-approaches-to-migration-language-and-identity-4-6-may-2017-universite-de-lausanne\/\">Approaches to Migration, Language and Identity<\/a><\/strong>, which was held at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) from 4-6 May 2017.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2016<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We (Anita, Tino and Mo) co-organised a <strong>doctoral workshop on &#8220;Big data and bad data&#8221;<\/strong> that was held at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) from <strong>2-3 September 2016<\/strong>. More details concerning the workshop can be found <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/emst\/doctoral-workshop-big-data-and-bad-data-2-3-september-2016\/\">here<\/a><\/strong>. <\/li><li>We co-organised (with Marije van Hattum) the International Symposium&nbsp;<strong>\u201cUrbanisation in the British Isles: a historical and interdisciplinary perspective\u201d<\/strong>, which was held at the University of Lausanne (Switzerland) on&nbsp;<strong>22-23 April 2016<\/strong>.
