48th European Mathematical Genetics Meeting

16-17 April 2020 in Lausanne, Switzerland

The European Mathematical Genetics Meeting (EMGM) was first held on the 10th April 1973 in Sheffield, UK, and has been held every year since. EMGM focusses on key areas of statistical genetics and genetic epidemiology: population genetics, complex trait genetics, causal inference, trait prediction and personalised health, omics (as biomarkers), imputation / fine-mapping / rare variants,  gene-, tissue- and pathway-enrichment, family-based data, multi-trait methods, etc.

Recordings now available!

Recordings of the MR workshop and all EMGM sessions (including flash talks presentations) are available here.
Please note that recordings have been published only with the presenters’ consent, and therefore some presentations are missing.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the conference will take place virtually and free of charge!

@MScBioinformat One of my favourites is the European Mathematical Genetics Meeting @emgm2020 #EMGM2020. Very welcoming and well supported by both junior and senior researchers. It’s held for a couple of days every year, and has been going for 48 years - I did not know that! Wow! #Bioinformatics

In case you couldn't make it to #EMGM2020 or missed a few talks, you can listen to (almost) all of them! Special thanks to all speakers who kindly allowed the release of their talk. https://twitter.com/emgm2020/status/1268088577163960321

Catch up on the latest in mathematical genetics - the recorded sessions from #EMGM2020 are now available for all to view #epidemiology #Bioinformatics #genomics #BigData #inclusion #Learningathome https://twitter.com/emgm2020/status/1268088577163960321

Awsome MR workshop + conferenece presentations now available to (re)watch. Really helpful to make sense of my helplessly chaotic notes. https://twitter.com/emgm2020/status/1268088577163960321
