Quand la litt\u00e9rature r\u00e9v\u00e8le la vie r\u00eav\u00e9e des avocat\u00b7e\u00b7s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plume de justice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Invit\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s: &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Me Aurore Boyard, autrice et avocate (France)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prof. Sabrina Burgat, professeure \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Neuch\u00e2tel et avocate (Suisse)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Me Dimitri Paratte, doctorant en droit \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Neuch\u00e2tel et avocat (Suisse)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de ce d\u00e9bat, nous explorerons \u2013 aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de notre invit\u00e9e d\u2019honneur, Me Aurore Boyard, autrice de la fascinante trilogie \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;avocation\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;avocature\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;avocatesse\u00a0\u00bb, comment le m\u00e9tier d&rsquo;avocat \u2013 et plus largement la justice \u2013 s&rsquo;appr\u00e9hende quand il est exerc\u00e9 par une femme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous nous interrogerons d\u2019abord sur la repr\u00e9sentation que l&rsquo;on a du m\u00e9tier d&rsquo;avocat, les exigences et enjeux de son exercice face \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, tant du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la d\u00e9fense que de l&rsquo;accusation. Nous d\u00e9couvrirons la d\u00e9ontologie du m\u00e9tier, mais aussi le pouvoirs qu&rsquo;ont les mots dans ce contexte. Puis, nous nous interrogerons sur les d\u00e9fis des m\u00e9tiers de la justice &#8211; notamment celui de l&rsquo;avocature &#8211; quand ils sont exerc\u00e9s par une femme : comment le droit (plus particuli\u00e8rement le droit des familles) est compris par les femmes et pour celles-ci? Et, enfin, dans un troisi\u00e8me et grand temps, nous conclurons ce d\u00e9bat avec la partie \u00ab\u00a0traditionnelle\u00a0\u00bb de Plume de Justice, \u00e0 savoir le pouvoir des arts, de la litt\u00e9rature dans notre repr\u00e9sentation du droit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mod\u00e9ration de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement sera assur\u00e9e par Micha\u00ebl Althaus et Camille
