Rethinking Platform Governance in Pre-Platform Crisis Settings\u201d with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/gianlucamis\/\"><strong>Gianluca Miscione<\/strong><\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/juliaspycher\/\"><strong>Dr. Iuliia Spycher Krivonosova<\/strong><\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/kazem-haki-47445135\/\"><strong>Kazem Haki<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;has been accepted at ICIS \u2013 The International Conference on Information Systems 2026 in Lisbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By systematically analyzing the Ukrainian refugee crisis in Switzerland, we study how crisis governance develops before a clear platform, owner, or formal structure is in place.
