How do you foster diversity in a group? We created the \u201cCommon Ground\u201d card deck to help lecturers do just that! \ud83c\udf89<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These cards help students connect through shared experiences instead of focusing on age, gender, or nationality. Each card presents scenarios like growing up in a small village, speaking multiple languages, or overcoming fears. It\u2019s an easy, engaging way to build a sense of belonging and break barriers from day one!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
