Responsible of the 2nd degree “Nordic-Ski Coach” training and the continuing professional development of the french national Nordic-ski coaches.  National cross-country ski coach from 1985 to 1990 (junior men team) and from 1994 to 1999 (senior men, World Cup group).

These axes of research focus on the physiological effects of the different training intensities, the altitude (hypoxic) training, the monitoring of training and fatigue analysis from the heart rate variability. Author of 56 international scientific publications and co-author with Professor Grégoire Millet of a book on altitude training.
