Abstracts and registration

Abstract

Abstracts for the 13th annual congress can be submitted until 10th November at the latest. Abstracts should be send to the following email-adress : Congres4S2022@unil.ch 

One should use the template available through the link below to submit an abstract. Content should not exceed one page word and has to be written in English.

Candidates for the Young Investigator Award (YIA) will have to mention it during the online registration process (where a specific button will make it available). Abstracts for the YIA should be up to 2 pages long.

Presentation formats

Oral presentation

Oral presentation time is 15 minutes plus 5 minutes of discussion. Oral presentation format is PowerPoint (16:9) and must be pre-uploaded in the Speakers Ready Room as early as possible. The use of your own laptop or USB is not permitted.

Symposium

A symposium lasts 90 minutes and consists of a short introduction plus three individual presentations (15 min presentation plus discussion). Please submit a synopsis abstract and three individual abstracts for a symposium. Each abstract may fill a maximum of 1 page in the Word template (incl. literature). The synopsis abstract explains the idea and background of the symposium and briefly presents the individual contributions. The individual abstracts summarize the content of the respective presentation.

Poster presentation

Poster presentations lasts 3 minutes in a dedicated session on the program. Oral poster presentaitons format is a PowerPoint (16:9) of maximum 2 slides and must be pre-uploaded in the Speakers Ready Room as early as possible. The use of your own laptop or USB is not permitted.

Congress registration

Please note that you must register using the online tool. The registration for the congress must be made by January 21st 2022 at the latest.
