In her session, she will outline the main themes of her dissertation, discuss her research approach, and explore the historical archives she has been studying. Izabel extends her gratitude to Professors Patricia Purtschert and Anukriti Dixit for their efforts in organizing this significant event.<br><br>Her presentation will highlight the importance of intersectional feminism in academic research and the necessity of applying a gender lens to the study of transatlantic slavery.
