Dans son Plan d\u2019action pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes 2017-2020, l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne se fixe pour objectif d&rsquo;atteindre au moins 40% de femmes au sein du corps professoral nouvellement engag\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Pour contribuer \u00e0 cet objectif, le Bureau de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 a \u00e9labor\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/egalite\/files\/live\/sites\/egalite\/files\/Egalite_UNIL\/Publications\/Egalite_Recrutement_30.11.pdf\">une brochure<\/a> destin\u00e9e aux personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans la planification des postes professoraux et dans le recrutement. Une publication qui r\u00e9sume les principaux enjeux\u00a0et les bonnes pratiques pour un recrutement respectueux de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cette brochure a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9e\u00a0sur la base de r\u00e9sultats de recherches scientifiques\u00a0r\u00e9centes et compl\u00e8te la bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils d\u00e9j\u00e0 publi\u00e9e en ligne (\u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/egalite\/home\/menuinst\/activites-et-soutien\/recrutement-egalitaire.html\">ici<\/a>).
