Ils peuvent \u00eatre chimiques ou biologiques et leurs sources sont multiples, tant d\u2019origines naturelles qu\u2019humaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Origines naturelles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9rosion des sols, pollen de plantes, feux de for\u00eats, activit\u00e9 volcanique, vents de sables, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Origines humaines<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Transports, chauffages, industries, agricultures, chantiers, bricolage, tabac, produits d&rsquo;entretien et de bricolage, bougies ou parfums d\u2019ambiance, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Une fois \u00e9mises dans l\u2019air, ces substances sont transport\u00e9es sous l\u2019effet des vents, de la pluie, des gradients de temp\u00e9rature dans l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re. Elles pourront \u00e9galement subir des transformations par r\u00e9actions chimiques, qui d\u00e9pendent des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques (chaleur, lumi\u00e8re, humidit\u00e9, etc.). En particulier en hiver, des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de particules peuvent se produire dans des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques o\u00f9 le renouvellement de l&rsquo;air est faible.<\/em><\/p>\n<cite><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bafu.admin.ch\/bafu\/fr\/home\/themes\/air\/info-specialistes\/qualite-de-l-air-en-suisse.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;environnement<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La pollution de l\u2019air que nous mesurons dans le cadre du projet Capt\u2019Air concerne les <strong>particules<\/strong>, de toutes petites poussi\u00e8res. Les particules fines sont les polluants de l\u2019air qui ont l\u2019impact le plus important sur la sant\u00e9. Elles sont mesur\u00e9es en fonction de leur taille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les PM10\u00a0sont les particules de diam\u00e8tre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 10 microm\u00e8tres (1\u2019000 microm\u00e8tres font 1 mm). Elles sont retenues au niveau du nez et des voies a\u00e9riennes sup\u00e9rieures. Toutefois, elles ne sont pas mesur\u00e9es par les capteurs low-cost. C\u2019est sur la base d\u2019estimation par des algorithmes informatiques que nous obtenons des donn\u00e9es les concernant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les PM2.5 sont les particules de diam\u00e8tre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2.5 microm\u00e8tres. Elles p\u00e9n\u00e8trent profond\u00e9ment dans l\u2019appareil respiratoire &#8211; jusqu\u2019aux alv\u00e9oles pulmonaires -, peuvent passer dans la circulation sanguine et causer des d\u00e9g\u00e2ts notamment dans le syst\u00e8me cardio-vasculaire. Ce sont les plus probl\u00e9matiques pour la sant\u00e9. France<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p><strong>La pollution de l\u2019air est le premier risque sanitaire d\u2019origine environnementale en Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle touche le syst\u00e8me respiratoire, mais de fa\u00e7on plus importante encore le syst\u00e8me cardio-vasculaire, ainsi que d\u2019autres fonctions de notre corps comme la reproduction et le d\u00e9veloppement des embryons, le cerveau et le syst\u00e8me nerveux, le syst\u00e8me hormonal, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En termes de gravit\u00e9, les effets peuvent aller de la g\u00eane respiratoire au cancer. En effet, une exposition continue \u00e0 de faibles concentrations de particules fines raccourcit l\u2019esp\u00e9rance de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Europe, en 2020, 412&rsquo;000 d\u00e9c\u00e8s pr\u00e9matur\u00e9s sont attribu\u00e9s aux particules fines PM2.5, sur 450 millions d\u2019habitant\u00b7e\u00b7s. Les cultures subissent en effet des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts de polluants tels que des \u00c9l\u00e9ments Traces M\u00e9talliques ((ETM) &#8211; \u00c9l\u00e9ments naturellement pr\u00e9sents dans les sols, dont les m\u00e9taux lourds comme le plomb (Pb), le mercure (Hg), ou le cadmium (Cd)) et des Polluants Organiques Persistants (mol\u00e9cules toxiques qui r\u00e9sistent aux d\u00e9gradations biologiques naturelles comme les dioxines, le DDT, les PCB)&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes<\/strong>&nbsp;: de fortes concentrations de certains polluants peuvent affecter la croissance des plantes. Des \u00e9tudes mettent en avant le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne \u00ab&nbsp;d\u2019eutrophisation&nbsp;\u00bb (exc\u00e8s de nutriments comme l&rsquo;azote ou le phosphore), notamment via l\u2019impact sur les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes et la croissance importante d\u2019algues dus \u00e0 l\u2019exc\u00e8s de d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019azote. Nos lacs peuvent en \u00eatre affect\u00e9s.
