I joined the group in October 2022. During my PhD, I will investigate niche dynamics in invasive species. I am interested in the interactions between life-history traits, environmental conditions and evolutionary history and how it shapes the geographical distribution of species.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

For my PhD project, I am currently looking at large-scale patterns in the evolutionary history of niches in ants. I am interested to know if these patterns inform on the propensity for niche change in species that are introduced outside of their native range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
