Matteo Romanello<\/span><\/strong>, ma\u00eetre assistant FNS Ambizione \u00e0 l\u2019institut d\u2019Arch\u00e9ologie et des Sciences de l\u2019Antiquit\u00e9 de l\u2019UNIL, pr\u00e9sente son projet en Humanit\u00e9s num\u00e9riques Sophocles’ Ajax: a Commentary on Commentaries<\/a>. Avec son \u00e9quipe, il entend r\u00e9aliser un commentaire num\u00e9rique qui rassemble, de fa\u00e7on synchronique et interactive, la tradition ex\u00e9g\u00e9tique de l’Ajax<\/em> de Sophocle. En s’int\u00e9ressant aux d\u00e9fis tant philologiques que technologique qu’un tel projet suppose, Matteo Romanello<\/span><\/strong> et son \u00e9quipe d\u00e9montrent que les \u00e9tudes classiques sont un terrain propice \u00e0 la recherche en Humanit\u00e9s num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project will make the commentary tradition on the Ajax<\/em> more easily accessible for scholars and readers, it will address crucial technical challenges (e.g., lemma linkage, automatic markup, visualization of a multi-commentary) that concern virtually any digitized commentary, and and have hitherto hindered the exploitation of thousands of digitized commentaries already in the public domain.<\/p>Matteo Romanello, Sophocles’ Ajax: a Commentary on Commentaries<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Titulaire d’un Doctorat soutenu au Department of Digital Humanities<\/a> du King’s College, Matteo Romenllo<\/span><\/strong> revient aussi sur son parcours, de Venise \u00e0 Lausanne en passant par Boston. Enfin, il \u00e9voque les diverses collaborations qu’il entend d\u00e9velopper dans le cadre du programme Digital Classics \/ Num\u00e9rique et monde antique<\/a> du dhCenter et auquel #ASAnumerica est associ\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
