Au programme : <strong>entre 4 et 5 heures de marche<\/strong>\u00a0sans compter les pauses (750 m de mont\u00e9e, 1100 m de descente), avec quelques occasions de reprendre votre souffle tout en admirant le paysage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#af0e0e\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Attention<\/span> <\/strong>: cette sortie demande une bonne condition physique, un peu d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience en montagne et un \u00e9quipement adapt\u00e9 (chaussures de randonn\u00e9e). En y participant, vous reconnaissez et acceptez les risques inh\u00e9rents \u00e0 la pratique de la randonn\u00e9e en montagne.
