L&rsquo;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/adas\/\">ADAS<\/a>&nbsp;et ACIDUL organisent le <strong>27 novembre \u00e0 17h00<\/strong>une table ronde \u00e0 ce sujet, avec des repr\u00e9sentant\u00b7e\u00b7s des RH de l&rsquo;UNIL, du Syndicat des services publics, et une avocate sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e en droit du travail et des assurances sociales. Un ap\u00e9ritif sera offert \u00e0 la fin de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Salle \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Balade dans le Lavaux<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>18 octobre<\/strong>,\u00a0ACIDUL vous propose une balade (env. 1h30) entre Grandvaux et Epesses, suivie d&rsquo;un verre de vin de la r\u00e9gion. Si vous souhaitez partager un moment convivial avec des coll\u00e8gues du corps interm\u00e9diaire, rendez-vous dans le hall principal de la gare de Lausanne \u00e0 15h15 ou \u00e0 la gare de Grandvaux \u00e0 15h45. ACIDUL vous offrira ensuite un verre au <em>11 terres<\/em>, dans le village d&rsquo;Epesses. Les r\u00e9sultats permettront aux associations du corps interm\u00e9diaire, dont ACIDUL, de lancer des initiatives pour que des changements durables soient mis en \u0153uvre. Feel free to reach out to us for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Roundtable: Your rights during sick leave<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you know your rights in case of extended absence due to illness? <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/adas\/\">ADAS<\/a>&nbsp;and ACIDUL will be organising a roundtable on this topic on <strong>27th November at 5pm<\/strong>, with representatives from UNIL&rsquo;s Human Resources, the Public Services Union (SSP\/VPOD), and a lawyer specialising in labor and social security law. An aperitif will be offered at the end of the event. Room to be confirmed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Walk in the Lavaux<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On <strong>18th October<\/strong>, ACIDUL will be organsing a walk from Grandvaux to Epesses (approx. 1h30), followed by a glass of Lavaux wine. If you&rsquo;d like to enjoy a pleasant moment with colleagues from mid-level staff at UNIL, meet us in the main hall of Lausanne train station at 3:15 pm or at Grandvaux station at 3:45 pm. At the end of the walk, ACIDUL will offer you a drink at the <em>11 terres<\/em>, in the village of Epesses. Register <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/acidul\/2024\/09\/20\/balade-dans-le-lavaux-18-10-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;before 11th October (max. 18 participants).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Survey on the mental health of PhD students and mid-level academic staff in Switzerland<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In May, the umbrella association of Swiss mid-level staff associations launched <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/rq3281.customervoice360.com\/uc\/actionuni_survey\/\">a survey<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;to identify the difficulties encountered by researchers at Swiss universities. The results will allow mid-level staff associations, including ACIDUL, to launch initiatives to ensure lasting changes are implemented. The survey will close on 30th October.
