Il y a quelques jours, la fa\u00eeti\u00e8re des associations du corps interm\u00e9diaire des universit\u00e9s suisses a lanc\u00e9 un sondage<\/strong><\/a> sur la sant\u00e9 mentale du corps interm\u00e9diaire en Suisse. Les doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s, postdoctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s, premiers et premi\u00e8res assistantes, ma\u00eetres assistant\u00b7e\u00b7s, charg\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s de cours, chercheurs et chercheuses FNS, MER, etc. sont chaleureusement invit\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 y participer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019objectif est d\u2019identifier \u00e0 la fois les probl\u00e8mes que vous rencontrez dans le cadre de votre travail et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui pourraient \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9s, par exemple en mati\u00e8re de conditions de travail et de sant\u00e9 mentale, au niveau local et national. Les r\u00e9sultats du sondage permettront aux diff\u00e9rentes associations du corps interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019agir pour que des changements durables puissent \u00eatre mis en \u0153uvre dans toutes les HEU suisses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En participant, vous contribuez donc au lancement d\u2019initiatives \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne et au niveau national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le sondage, enti\u00e8rement anonyme, prend environ 15 minutes. Vous trouverez davantage d\u2019informations sur la question de l\u2019anonymat sur la premi\u00e8re page du sondage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few days ago, the umbrella organization representing mid-level staff associations in Swiss universities launched a survey<\/a><\/strong> on the mental health of mid-level staff (PhD candidates, postdocs, first assistants, lecturers, MER, etc.) in Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim is to identify both the issues you face in your workplace and areas that can be improved, such as working conditions and mental health, at both local and national levels. The survey results will enable the different mid-level staff associations to advocate for lasting changes in all Swiss higher education institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By completing the survey, you will therefore help us initiate initiatives at both the local level, specifically at the University of Lausanne, and nationally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. Details about anonymity are provided on the first page of the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
