Pour faire suite aux d\u00e9cisions de l’Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du 12 d\u00e9cembre 2023<\/a>, ACIDUL et le Syndicat des services publics (SSP) organisent une mobilisation pour faire entendre la voix des 1’072 personnes qui ont sign\u00e9 notre p\u00e9tition<\/a> et visibiliser les difficult\u00e9s que rencontrent chaque mois des centaines de doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s engag\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’objectif est de r\u00e9unir 92 personnes devant l’Unicentre le 19 mars 2024 de 12h00 \u00e0 12h30<\/strong>. 92, c\u2019est le nombre de postes \u00e0 plein temps que l\u2019UNIL \u00e9conomise en embauchant les doctorant-e-s \u00e0 84% en moyenne alors que la tr\u00e8s grande majorit\u00e9 de ces personnes travaille \u00e0 100%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Que vous soyez doctorant-e, membre du corps interm\u00e9diaire ou membre du SSP, votre pr\u00e9sence est essentielle !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a follow-up to the decisions of the General Assembly<\/a> of the 12th December 2023, ACIDUL and the Public Services Union (SSP-VPOD) are organising a mobilisation to make the voices of the 1,072 people who signed our petition<\/a> heard, and to raise awareness about the difficulties faced every month by hundreds of PhD students hired by the University of Lausanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We need your help!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our goal is to gather 92 people in front of the Unicentre on 19th March 2024 from 12:00 to 12:30<\/strong>. 92 is the number of full time positions that UNIL does not pay for by hiring PhD students at an average of 84%, even though the vast majority of them work full time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether<\/strong> <\/strong>you<\/strong>‘<\/strong>re<\/strong> <\/strong>a<\/strong> <\/strong>doctoral<\/strong> <\/strong>student<\/strong>,<\/strong> <\/strong>a<\/strong> <\/strong>member<\/strong> <\/strong>of<\/strong> mid-level staff<\/strong> <\/strong>or<\/strong> <\/strong> <\/strong>of<\/strong> <\/strong>the<\/strong> <\/strong>Public<\/strong> <\/strong>Services<\/strong> <\/strong>Union<\/strong>,<\/strong> your presence is key<\/strong>!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
