ACIDUL et le Syndicat des services publics organisent le 14 mai prochain un \u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u2019information sur la question des droits au ch\u00f4mage des doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s et des membres du corps interm\u00e9diaire de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lausanne. Deux militant\u00b7e\u00b7s d\u2019une nouvelle association de d\u00e9fense des ch\u00f4meurs et ch\u00f4meuses vous indiqueront les proc\u00e9dures \u00e0 suivre en pr\u00e9vision de p\u00e9riodes de ch\u00f4mage, vous pr\u00e9senteront vos droits et r\u00e9pondront \u00e0 vos questions. La pr\u00e9sentation sera donn\u00e9e en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rendez-vous le 14 mai \u00e0 17h00 dans la\u00a0salle 2120 de l\u2019Anthropole pour la version fran\u00e7aise et 2128 pour la version anglaise\u00a0! Un ap\u00e9ritif sera servi apr\u00e8s le temps pr\u00e9vu pour les questions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you nearing the completion of your PhD, or is your contract with UNIL approaching its end? Are you curious about how unemployment benefits operate in Switzerland and what factors to consider when registering for them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 14, 2024, ACIDUL will host an event aimed at presenting and discussing the unemployment rights of PhD students and mid-level staff (corps interm\u00e9diaire) at the University of Lausanne. Two activists from a newly established organization dedicated to advocating for the rights of the unemployed will outline the procedures to prepare for potential unemployment, elucidate your entitlements as researchers, and address any queries you may have. Presentations will be given in French and in English and questions may be asked in both languages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Join us on May 14th at 5:00 PM in room 2120 of the Anthropole for the French session and room 2128 for the English session! Refreshments will be served following the designated question time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
