{"id":3501,"date":"2023-09-20T12:07:00","date_gmt":"2023-09-20T10:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/acidul\/?p=3501"},"modified":"2024-07-24T11:23:43","modified_gmt":"2024-07-24T09:23:43","slug":"newsletter-septembre-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/acidul\/2023\/09\/20\/newsletter-septembre-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Newsletter &#8211; septembre 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ee8ce7e23f42aacdc81f601a7cee56f3\" style=\"color:#143ebc\"><strong><em>English below<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ch\u00e8res et chers coll\u00e8gues du corps interm\u00e9diaire,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous esp\u00e9rons que vous avez pass\u00e9 un bel \u00e9t\u00e9 et que votre rentr\u00e9e s&rsquo;annonce bien.&nbsp;Voici quelques nouvelles d&rsquo;ACIDUL :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activit\u00e9s d\u2019ACIDUL 2023-2024&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vaud.ssp-vpod.ch\/secteurs\/hautes-ecoles-et-universite-2\/mettons-fin-a-la-precarite-et-aux-inegalites-entre-doctorant-e-s-a-lunil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">p\u00e9tition<\/a>\u00a0contre la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s sous contrat UNIL\u00a0: apr\u00e8s plusieurs mois de campagne avec le Syndicat des services publics (SSP), la p\u00e9tition a \u00e9t\u00e9 remise en juin \u00e0 la Direction et au Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat avec 1072 signatures\u00a0! Nous recevrons un retour de la Direction dans quelques semaines\u00a0;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>n\u00e9gociations avec la Direction pour un soutien financier des doctorant-e-s au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d\u2019une bourse. Bien qu\u2019ACIDUL ait d\u00e9fendu la solution d\u2019un contrat PAT qui garantirait \u00e0 ces personnes un salaire proche de celui offert par le FNS, nous saluons la d\u00e9cision de la Direction de leur offrir une&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/files\/live\/sites\/central\/files\/textes-leg\/3-ens\/dir3-23-bourses-complementaires.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bourse compl\u00e9mentaire<\/a>, qui leur garantit un revenu mensuel de 2500 francs. Un contrat PAT peut \u00eatre sign\u00e9 \u00e0 la place de la bourse compl\u00e9mentaire&nbsp;;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>parution de la nouvelle \u00e9dition de la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/acidul\/files\/2023\/07\/Brochure_ACIDUL_A5_FR_Web.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">brochure d\u2019information<\/a>&nbsp;d\u2019ACIDUL. On y trouve des informations sur l\u2019association, mais aussi sur le fonctionnement de l\u2019UNIL et les ressources \u00e0 disposition&nbsp;;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>conf\u00e9rence sur les droits au ch\u00f4mage pour les chercheurs et chercheuses, en collaboration avec la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/nouvelle-adc.ch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nouvelle\u2019ADC<\/a>&nbsp;et le SSP. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement sera reconduit en 2024. D\u2019ici l\u00e0, des informations peuvent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9es sur le sujet&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/acidul\/chomage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ici<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quatre rencontres avec la Direction, au cours desquelles de nombreux sujets ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9s&nbsp;(indexation des salaires, doctorant-e-s sans contrat, suppression du Doc.CH, etc.) et une rencontre avec le Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat sur la question de la rel\u00e8ve et de la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 acad\u00e9mique&nbsp;;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>soutien individuel&nbsp;: le secr\u00e9tariat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a soutenu 50 personnes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prochaine&nbsp;Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d&rsquo;ACIDUL<\/strong>&nbsp;<br \/>La prochaine AG se tiendra le&nbsp;<strong>17 octobre \u00e0 17h00 dans la salle 2207 de G\u00e9opolis<\/strong>. Here is some news&nbsp;from&nbsp;ACIDUL:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2023-2024 activities&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vaud.ssp-vpod.ch\/secteurs\/hautes-ecoles-et-universite-2\/mettons-fin-a-la-precarite-et-aux-inegalites-entre-doctorant-e-s-a-lunil\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">petition<\/a>&nbsp;against precarity and inequalities between PhD students on UNIL contracts: after several months of campaigning with the Public Services Union (SSP\/VPOD), the petition was submitted in June to the rectorate and the Council of State with 1072 signatures! We should get feedback from the rectorate in the following weeks;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>negotiations with the rectorate regarding financial support for PhD students on grants. Although ACIDUL defended the idea of PAT contracts, which would guarantee a salary close to that offered by the SNSF, we welcome the rectorate\u2019s decision to offer all recipients an&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/files\/live\/sites\/central\/files\/textes-leg\/3-ens\/dir3-23-bourses-complementaires.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">additional grant<\/a>, which guarantees a monthly income of CHF 2,500. A PAT contract can also be signed instead of the additional grant;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>publication of the new edition of ACIDUL\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/acidul\/files\/2023\/07\/Brochure_ACIDUL_A5_EN_Web.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">information brochure<\/a>, which contains information about the association, the functioning of UNIL and the available resources;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a conference on unemployment rights for researchers, in collaboration with the Nouvelle&rsquo;ADC and the SSP\/VPOD. This event will take place again in 2024. Until then, information on this topic is available&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/acidul\/unemployment-benefits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>four meetings with the rectorate, during which a number of topics were discussed (indexation of salaries, PhD students without a UNIL contract, discontinuation of Doc.CH, etc.) and a meeting with the Council of State on the issue of the next generation of researchers (<em>rel\u00e8ve<\/em>) and academic precarity;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>individual support: the General Secretary supported 50 people this year.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ACIDUL&rsquo;s next General Assembly<\/strong>&nbsp;<br \/>The next General Assembly will take place on&nbsp;<strong>17th&nbsp;October at 5pm&nbsp;in room&nbsp;2207&nbsp;of the&nbsp;Geopolis&nbsp;building<\/strong>.&nbsp;The agenda will follow soon.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Want to join ACIDUL\u2019s committee?<\/strong>&nbsp;<br \/>Every year, ACIDUL&rsquo;s committee is renewed&nbsp;during the GA.
