En 2022, le comit\u00e9 d’ACIDUL et la secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ont particip\u00e9 au comit\u00e9 de pilotage du futur dispositif de lutte contre le harc\u00e8lement et les discriminations sur le campus de l’UNIL. Pendant cette ann\u00e9e, une dizaine de rencontres de deux heures a r\u00e9uni une quinzaine de personnes issues de diff\u00e9rents corps et de diff\u00e9rents services de l’UNIL. Les \u00e9changes ont notamment port\u00e9 sur les mesures d’accompagnement \u00e0 proposer, les profils des personnes mandat\u00e9es, et la communication du dispositif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le comit\u00e9 et la secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ont aujourd’hui le plaisir de partager avec vous l’annonce officielle de l’ouverture du dispositif. Trois personnes de confiance offriront des conseils et un accompagnement individuel en fran\u00e7ais et en anglais \u00e0 l’ensemble des membres de la communaut\u00e9 UNIL qui feraient l’exp\u00e9rience de comportements abusifs en tous genres sur le campus (harc\u00e8lement moral ou sexuel, discrimination, violences verbales ou physiques, conflits, etc.). Un formulaire<\/a> permet aussi de signaler ce type de situation, de fa\u00e7on anonyme ou confidentielle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le comit\u00e9 vous encourage vivement \u00e0 faire appel \u00e0 ce dispositif en cas de probl\u00e8me<\/strong>. ACIDUL continuera de participer au d\u00e9veloppement du dispositif sur le long terme, en int\u00e9grant le comit\u00e9 de suivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2022, ACIDUL’s committee and its general secretary participated in the steering committee of the University of Lausanne’s future anti-harassment and anti-discrimination facility. About ten meetings of two hours each brought together a dozen of people from different bodies and services at UNIL. During these meetings, we discussed the measures of support that the facility should offer, the profiles of the mandated people, and communication of the facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three \u00ab\u00a0personnes de confiance\u00a0\u00bb (people of trust) will offer advice and individual support in French and in English to all members of the UNIL community who are experiencing or have experienced abusive behaviour of any kind on the campus (moral or sexual harassment, discrimination, verbal or physical violence, conflicts, etc.). A form<\/a> is also available to report this type of situation, anonymously or confidentially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
