ACIDUL et le Syndicat des services publics ont lanc\u00e9 en janvier dernier\u00a0une p\u00e9tition<\/strong><\/a> pour am\u00e9liorer les conditions de travail des doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s sous contrat avec l’UNIL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous demandons notamment que les doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s sur fonds externes (par exemple financ\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s par le FNS) touchent une indemnit\u00e9 plus importante afin de combler l’\u00e9cart salarial avec les assistant\u00b7e\u00b7s dipl\u00f4m\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s, et que les assistant\u00b7e\u00b7s dipl\u00f4m\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s soient syst\u00e9matiquement engag\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 100% avec 70% de temps r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 la th\u00e8se, ce qui leur offrirait des conditions de recherche proches de celles des doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s FNS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le 22 f\u00e9vrier \u00e0 16h15 dans la salle 2129 de G\u00e9opolis<\/strong>, nous organisons un \u00e9v\u00e9nement pour parler des conditions de travail du corps interm\u00e9diaire dans les hautes \u00e9coles suisses et pour pr\u00e9senter la p\u00e9tition. L’\u00e9v\u00e9nement, ouvert \u00e0 toutes et tous, sera suivi d’un ap\u00e9ritif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous esp\u00e9rons vous voir nombreux et nombreuses \u00e0 cette occasion, et vous encourageons vivement \u00e0 signer la p\u00e9tition, que vous soyez ou non doctorant\u00b7e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACIDUL and the Public Services Union (SSP\/VPOD) launched a petition<\/strong><\/a> in January to improve the working conditions of PhD students employed by the University of Lausanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among other things, we demand that PhD students on external funding (such as SNSF funding) receive a higher allowance in order to close the salary gap with graduate assistants, and that graduate assistants be systematically hired on full-time contracts with 70% of their time reserved for their PhD, which would offer them research conditions close to those of SNSF PhD students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On 22nd February at 4:15pm in room 2129 in Geopolis<\/strong>, we will be organising an event to talk about the working conditions of mid-level staff in Swiss universities and to present the petition. The event is open to all and will be followed by an aperitif. We hope to see you then and encourage you to sign the petition, whether you are a doctoral student or not!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
