Faut-il avancer la rentr\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique ?<\/strong>
Il est possible que la rentr\u00e9e acad\u00e9mique d’automne\u00a0soit avanc\u00e9e d’une semaine et qu’une semaine de pause soit introduite au milieu du semestre.\u00a0ACIDUL ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9e par la Direction sur ce sujet, nous nous tournons vers vous pour avoir un tableau aussi complet que possible sur la question. Rendez-vous\u00a0ici<\/a>\u00a0pour avoir des informations suppl\u00e9mentaires\u00a0et\u00a0donner votre avis en quelques secondes !\u00a0Le\u00a0questionnaire sera ferm\u00e9 le 30 septembre \u00e0 18h00.

Les\u00a0doctorant\u00b7e\u00b7s sans contrat peuvent \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent\u00a0b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier plus facilement\u00a0d’une page Unisciences, qu’ils et elles peuvent\u00a0g\u00e9rer eux\/elles-m\u00eames.\u00a0La\u00a0plateforme\u00a0vous permet d’\u00eatre plus visible comme chercheur ou chercheuse \u00e0\u00a0l’UNIL. Vous pouvez y\u00a0annoncer vos\u00a0objets de recherche, vos enseignements et vos publications. Pour ouvrir une page Unisciences, il vous faut remplir\u00a0ce formulaire<\/a>.

We hope you had an enjoyable summer despite the heat and that you have a good start to the academic year. \u00a0Here is some news of ACIDUL’s activities:

Should the academic year start earlier?<\/strong>
The\u00a0academic year could\u00a0start a\u00a0week earlier in autumn\u00a0and a week-long break could\u00a0be introduced in the middle of\u00a0the semester. ACIDUL has been asked to comment on this issue by the Rectorate. \u00a0We turn to you\u00a0to get\u00a0the most complete\u00a0picture possible on the subject. \u00a0Click\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0for more information and\u00a0to give your opinion in a few seconds! \u00a0The questionnaire will be closed on September 30th at 6pm.

Individual support<\/strong>
ACIDUL can help you with issues you may be facing and needing to address to the University, your Faculty, the head of your institute or your supervisor. If you are experiencing mobbing or conflicts at your workplace, please\u00a0reach out. We can support you.

Solidarity fund for PhD students (FSD)<\/strong>
Financial insecurity also affects PhD students. \u00a0After the COVID-19 pandemic, it is now inflation that is accentuating the problem. If you are having financial difficulties, please do not hesitate to send us your request by email (acidul@unil.ch). \u00a0The grant conditions for the FSD can be found\u00a0here<\/a>.

Unisciences\u00a0for PhD students without a contract<\/strong>
PhD students who don’t have a working contract with UNIL can now easily manage their own Unisciences page. \u00a0You can have the page created for you\u00a0by filling out\u00a0this form<\/a>.\u00a0 As it is\u00a0in French only, do contact us if you’d like some help\u00a0(acidul@unil.ch). Having a Unisciences page makes you more visible as a researcher at UNIL. \u00a0It allows you to register your\u00a0research topics, teachings and publications.
