{"id":4761,"date":"2026-04-08T07:52:15","date_gmt":"2026-04-08T05:52:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/acidul\/?page_id=4761"},"modified":"2026-04-08T07:59:03","modified_gmt":"2026-04-08T05:59:03","slug":"doctorant%c2%b7es-sur-fonds-externes-indemnite-1","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wp.unil.ch\/acidul\/doctorant%c2%b7es-sur-fonds-externes-indemnite-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Doctorant\u00b7es sur fonds externes : indemnit\u00e9 1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Les doctorant\u00b7es sur fonds externes (par exemple, FNS) ayant un contrat UNIL, CHUV ou Unisant\u00e9 peuvent obtenir, sous certaines conditions, une <strong>indemnit\u00e9 mensuelle suppl\u00e9mentaire <\/strong>qui permet de compenser l&rsquo;\u00e9cart salarial avec les assistant\u00b7es dipl\u00f4m\u00e9\u00b7es et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer des activit\u00e9s de soutien \u00e0 l&rsquo;enseignement et \u00e0 la recherche ainsi que des activit\u00e9s institutionnelles (p. ex. organisation de colloques, supervision d&rsquo;examens, \u00e9valuation des travaux d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiant\u00b7es).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9, dont les conditions d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s et les montants sont explicit\u00e9s dans la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unil.ch\/files\/live\/sites\/unil\/files\/02-universite\/0212-cadres-legal-reglementaire\/textes-leg\/1-ress-hum\/dir1-31-doctorants.pdf\">Directive 1.31 de la Direction<\/a> : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>est vers\u00e9e par l&rsquo;institution directement, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">aucun<\/span> impact sur les budgets des facult\u00e9s, des sections, des laboratoires ou des professeur\u00b7es ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>n&rsquo;est pas vers\u00e9e automatiquement au CHUV et \u00e0 Unisant\u00e9. Le ou la doctorante ne la recevra pas s&rsquo;il ou elle n&rsquo;en fait pas la demande explicite et ne transmet pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;institution qui l&#8217;emploie les \u00e9l\u00e9ments justifiant cette demande.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si vous \u00eates doctorant\u00b7e au CHUV et \u00e0 Unisant\u00e9<\/strong>, vous pouvez contacter vous-m\u00eame les RH pour leur soumettre votre demande d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9 1. Toutefois, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience montre qu&rsquo;il reste souvent compliqu\u00e9 d&rsquo;y avoir acc\u00e8s et que les refus sont nombreux.
